Нам расположение понравилось. Квартира достаточно комфортная. Есть всё необходимое для проживания. С балкона часто открывался красивый вид на закат и рассвет.
Главный минус - очень шумно. Так как окон фактически нет, а только деревянные ставни, то в спальне сильный шум от дороги. Во второй спальне слышен весь шум, который происходит в подъезде и работу лифта. Если у вас чуткий сон, то может быть некомфортно.
Также отмечу очень маленькую ванную комнату.

- Easy access to L3 metro line, which can get you anywhere
- Within 30 minutes walk to Magic Fountain of Montjuic
- There is an elevator to the apartment
- There is an air conditioner for both hot and cold days
- Kitchen is fully equipped and you can make simple meals
- Wifi cannot be discovered on my phone, so I had to use data plan, which is an additional expensive cost.
- Toiletries (soap, shampoo) are very minimal. Not enough for 4 people for 4 nights of stay.
- One bedroom is facing a main street and it was noisy all night long.
- There is no kitchen towel to dry utensils after washing them.
