The apartments complex where the property is located is very clean and quiet. The room was spotless and in very good condition. The hosts very supportive and polite. Everything went really smooth. We extended the checkout time without any issues. The studio is absolutely ok for a short staying for two adults, to de limit if also a small child is also in the family.
A minor thing, the listed sofa is not extendable. It can handle a small child, but not an adult. Being located in an apartments complex, you have another building in front of the balcony so not too much of a view and intimacy on the balcony. Otherwise the buildings are rather new and very clean, and well maintained, nothing to complain about.
