The apartment is located in a residential neighborhood near the central train station. The neighborhood itself is quite pleasant; there aren’t that many tourists—it’s mostly locals. The graffiti on the walls adds a touch of charm; at first glance, it’s a bit shocking, but later it looks quite charming. Near the apartment, there are cafes, bars, an ice cream shop, a grocery store, and, of course, local landmarks such as a church, a school, a dance studio, and a soccer field. The apartment itself is neat and cozy. Everything worked perfectly.

The separate room in the apartment doesn't have a window, which is a bit inconvenient when it gets hot inside. It’s also very noisy in the evenings from the street, where there are several bars. When the weather is nice, people gather outside and make quite a bit of noise on the narrow street, which doesn’t die down until after midnight. The apartment has air conditioning, so if you close the window, you can still get a good night’s sleep :)

Emplacement idéal pour des personnes aimant le bruit la nuit ! Nous n'avons pas été prévenues que la clim était en panne. La petite compensation financière proposée par les hôtes n'était pas à la hauteur du désagrément... Une des chambres n'en est pas vraiment une : pas de fenêtre donnant sur l'extérieur mais un simple vasistas donnant sur la grande chambre (agréable et jolie) ; donc pas d'intimité. De fait le logement ne comporte en tout et pour tout qu'une fenêtre sur rue +une petite ouverture sur coursive dans l'espace salle d'eau/WC. Pas de salon.
