The Location and I felt safe
Security wasn’t at the door all the times so I was locked out a couple times.

It is pretty centrally located and reachable on foot from many attractions. There is no street noise in the apartment.
It is a clean and modern appartment with equipped kitchen. The guards downstairs are helpful and friendly. Overall, we liked this place.
These are not huge things, but it might be a little hot without AC. The kitchen is rather small and does not really have much food preparation surface, but adequate for light cooking. The neighbor's rarely make a party, but you might get unlucky.

The door guys were really nice and helpful. Location very convenient. The kitchen was easy to use, was nice to arrive to water and juice in the refrigerator.
The couch was stained, the shower didn’t feel totally clean, and it felt like a lot of details were missed in terms of making the apartment look as refined as it could be. I didn’t think it was a good value for the price.

Great central location, host was super friendly and responsive. The apartment is very comfortable and secure
shower pressure not the best, also location for uber pickup / drop off is a bit awkward. apart from that everything was perfect.
