The roof is leaking. Water was dripping from the ceiling, my backpack was soaked. The toilet is clogged - water does not

The roof is leaking. Water was dripping from the ceiling, my backpack was soaked. The toilet is clogged - water does not pass through. There is no lock on the door to the room that was provided to us for the night. When we left, we left our things in an unlocked room. I do not recommend it. We want at least some of the money back for the discomfort.

Totally recomendable for an authentic stay

The location was perfect, the room was big, confortable and cozy and the host was super nice. I booked on the same day and she answered my messages right away and was so welcoming. It’s a room in a house so it has an authentic feel and it’s not just a cold room in a hotel. The view from the window is adorable.

It’s a room in someone’s house and to go to the toilet you have to cross it and of course the family lives there. It didn’t bother me at all since they were so nice but if someone prioritizes comfort and privacy they should maybe consider a hotel.

Overbooking leaving us out

We booked this accommodation and right after the owner contacted us telling it was overbooked and we had to cancel. The booking said it was non refundable so we didn’t want to cancel and we wanted our money back. The owner couldn’t give us a solution and costumer service from booking.com didn’t answer to us. We had to book a new accommodation and we are still waiting to get our money back.

Great stay in a central and cozy place

The location is perfect – very central and within walking distance to everything. The apartment is clean, cozy, and makes you feel right at home. The host was very kind and welcoming; she personally greeted us and handed over the key.

The kitchen is not included in the apartment, which is fine, but it would be helpful to have a few more items upstairs – not just coffee cups, but also some basic dishes like plates, forks, knives, and bowls, so you don’t always have to go downstairs. The host kindly told us we’re welcome to borrow anything from the kitchen and just leave it there afterward so she can wash it herself. One small suggestion: the fridge in the room is very tiny. A slightly larger one would make a big difference.

great stay with a charming host!

I had a pleasant stay at this place in Odense. The accommodation was clean, spacious, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The view from the window was beautiful, adding to the calm and peaceful atmosphere. The host was friendly, accommodating, and easy to communicate with, making my stay enjoyable. She also has two funny and curious cats who might try to sneak into your room, but they’re very friendly and just add to the charm of the place. I would recommend staying here—overall a nice experience!

its simple but great for the price. you shouldnt be allergic to cats ;)

Två stora ljusa rum i en vindsvåning gjorde att man slapp hotellkänslan. Värdinnan hjälpsam.

Vi trivdes mycket bra i de ljusa spatiösa rummen. Vi hade läst tidigare recensioner och visste de ev aber som delat badrum mm. För oss inget problem. Två rätt branta trappor upp till rummen kan vara bra att veta. Värdinnan hjälpsam.

Munkemose parken i baghaven var en ren nydelse.

Maja er sød og i møde kommende med et sprudlende humør . Dejligt store rum og lyst . Munkemose ligger lige i baghaven og Dejligt sted at sidde på altanen og nyde en kop kaffe . Handle muligheder er ikke så langt derfra , tager 7 min i gå stand og så er du på strøjet. Vi var glade for at bo der og vi kommer gerne tilbage.

Det er trapper som gamle køkken trapper ,så hvis du er dårlig gående skal du have en støtte person og tungen lige i munden.
