The apartment building and the actual studio apartment is beautiful. It's a brand new building, the lobby, elevators and halls are nice a clean. Our apartment was perfect for a two week stay, right at Gordon Beach, and very walkable to Dizengoff area. The area felt very safe and even meeting residents in the building were nice and friendly. The balcony was big and very nice to have. Also in the shelter there is laundry and shared cleaning supplies which came in handy, also a drying rack for our clothes. We got there and there was music playing and a gift from the host. Also getting into the building couldn't have been any easier. Great shower (we had hot water) and the kitchen was fully equipped. The host answered our questions before hand and was great at communicating. We couldn't have had a better stay and we hope to be back.
