Two bedroom apartments with one spacious sala-kitchen. Very well lit. At the heart of city action. Even though the apt. is on the not facing the street, evidently noise seeps through. Washing machine, dryer and kitchen appliances work well.
Reasonable clean for daily stay. However, eons have passed since a\ thorough cleaning and maintenance took place. Cracks in bathroom tiles, wear on cabinet doors and stains on the entrance door are not pleasante. the entrance to the building and stairhall are not in better condition. The main door to the building is not locked, even though it should be. No hot water to shower upon arrival. One has to turn the boiler on and wait. Not a pleasent situation in Tel Aviv summer.

למרות שהגענו בשעה 17:00 החדר עדיין לא היה נקי והמנקה עדיין היה שם והחליף מצעים, הופתענו לראות שהדירה פתוחה והוא נמצא בפנים. הניקיון לא משהו בכלל, שערות, גרביים משומשות בחדר שינה על הרצפה. בערב כשחזרנו לחדר השער בחוץ היה סגור, הקודן מקולקל והמפתחות בכלל לא מתאימים, נאלצנו לטפס מעל החומה כדי להיכנס לבניין ממש מעצבן. במיוחד מעצבן שבשישי שבת אין עם מי לדבר בטלפון כשיש בעיה מאחר ושומרים שבת.
