Great property, lovely to have access to the pool and hot tub. The beach is literally a 2 minute walk from the house and it’s a little bit quieter than some of the other beaches in the area. Everything you need!

Lovely house. All the rooms were unique, very clean and the kitchen was well equipped.
We really enjoyed the pool area & hot tub. Both the dining table & outdoor table have plenty of chairs.
Location was great, walking distance to Botany Bay & was nice and peaceful.
Could do with some fans in the rooms for summer as it was really hot.
Outdoor area is spacious but we thought it could do with some plants to make it even better.
One of the bedrooms has an open bathroom, the concept was nice but a frosted glass door would give some more privacy.

Stunning house, everything has been though of. Very modern and luxurious. Location is perfect very short walk to the beach. Swimming pool is lovely so is the hot tub. Would recommend to everyone. Will book again.

Perfect destination for four couples and two children. We had perfect weather over May Bank Holiday and the kids spent hours in the pool and hot tub. The property is only a few hundred yards from the beach and it’s an easy walk down there … getting back up the sandy path was a different matter … but there was beers in the fridge and more pool time to look forward to! 😊
What’s not to like?! … Could do with a couple of sun umbrellas but we managed fine.
