Apartamentul este exact ca în fotografii: spațios, foarte curat și amenajat cu bun gust. Dispune de trei balcoane și de toate facilitățile necesare pentru un sejur confortabil. Este situat într-o zonă liniștită, în partea de est a Florenței, ceea ce oferă un mediu plăcut și relaxant.
Singurul inconvenient este distanța față de centrul istoric, care este de aproximativ 30–40 de minute, în funcție de trafic. Dacă nu călătoriți cu mașina, există stații de autobuz în apropiere, iar transportul public reprezintă o alternativă convenabilă pentru a ajunge în centru.

Totul a fost foarte bine. Comunicarea cu proprietarul a decurs perfect, facilitatile din apartament sunt foarte bune. Daca ai nevoie de o cazare foarte buna si intr o zona linistita aceasta este.
Probabil aerisirea de la bloc e comuna sau ceva in genul acesta pentru ca atunci cand vecinii de jos fac mancare miroase aproape in toata casa.
