Très joli petit studio bien équipé.
Escalier un peu raide pour y accéder sachant que nous avons un certain âge

Appartement extrêmement propre, comme on le voit rarement dans ce type de locations ! Très bien fourni en équipements eu égard à sa taille, Il donne sur une cour intérieure, donc protégé des bruits de la rue, Procédure d'arrivée très bien expliquée. Literie tout à fait correcte, avec des coussins en plus des oreillers. Emplacement pratique d'accès, très pratique pour des personnes en transit (locations d'une nuit possibles).
Le studio ne dispose que d'une fenêtre de toit sans volet extérieur. Même début mai il y faisait déjà très chaud et le seul moyen d'aérer serait de laisser la porte d'entrée ouverte. Certes, il dispose d'un bloc clim mobile, mais je ne louerai pas cette chambre en été. L'appartement étant sous rampants, il serait petit pour prendre ses repas à deux personnes.
