Radost Residence The Heart of Unique Living

We had a very pleasant stay in the apartment in Prague. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent, with shops and pubs nearby, good public transport connections to the city centre, and the train station within easy reach. There is no parking directly at the apartment, but the owners can help arrange a parking space, or private parking can be booked through Mr. Parkit. Both options come at an additional cost. Communication with the owners was excellent — they were quick to respond, professional, friendly, and very helpful.

The only thing that could be improved is the lack of air conditioning (there were some fans). As the apartment is very sunny, it can become quite hot during warm weather, so installing air conditioning would make the stay even more comfortable.

I really liked how the key handover was handled, everything was clear and straightforward. A nice surprise was the traditional welcome drink waiting on the table, along with coffee and tea. Good room layout, comfortable beds, clean and tidy. The rooms were bright, with very large windows, and the apartment overall was very nice. The internet worked flawlessly, and the location was excellent, everything nearby. Great contact with the owners.

It's worth noting that the listing mentions two bathrooms, but only one of them has a toilet, the other, which has the bathtub, doesn't, which was a bit inconvenient. If I had to nitpick, the bathrooms are somewhat below the comfort level of the rest of the apartment, though this is all clearly shown in the photos.

Good location, modern kitchen, washer, enough beds for big family

No A/C, older bathrooms without space to set up toiletries, no screens in the windows. Beds were really soft.

The aparthotel at Krásova 1010/22 is a pleasant place to stay while exploring Prague. It is an ideal choice for couples, families, and groups of 2 to 8 people, thanks to its spacious apartments and comfortable layout. The rooms are large, bright, and well-equipped. The beds are very comfortable, the bedding is clean, and guests are provided with towels, a hair dryer, a clothes drying rack, a washing machine, an iron, a kettle, a toaster, and a full set of kitchenware. The rooms also have cooling fans, which are especially useful during warm weather. Complimentary shampoo is available in the bathroom, while the kitchen is stocked with coffee, tea, and paper towels, making the stay even more convenient and enjoyable.

Unfortunately, the biggest downside of the property is the cleanliness. There is a noticeable amount of dust throughout the apartment, including on tables, cabinets, bed frames, and other surfaces that should be cleaned regularly. I also have some concerns about the bathroom. The shower curtain attached to the bathtub is impractical, as water easily spills onto the bathroom floor while showering. Since there is no mop provided, cleaning up the water is inconvenient. I would recommend replacing the curtain with a glass shower screen covering part of the bathtub. Additionally, the television in the room did not work. The apartments would also benefit from some renovation and repainting, as certain areas show visible signs of wear and tear. Overall, this is a good place to stay thanks to its convenient location, spacious rooms, and excellent facilities. I especially recommend it for groups of 2 to 8 people looking for comfortable accommodation while visiting Prague. With improved cleanliness, repaired amenities, and refreshed interiors, this property could easily deserve an even higher rating. My overall rating is 4 out of 5 stars.
