Large, very comfortable and nice apartment with everything one could need for a short or long stay. Walking distance from Old Town Sion (which has many shopping and food options), the old abbey and castle. The Farmers Market on Fridays is in the Old Town and is fantastic. The balcony of the apartment is large and has an amazing view of Old Town, the abbey and the castle, as well as the beautiful mountains and villages to the south. There is also a washer and dryer in the apartment making it easy for a longer stay.
The host, Claire, is very easy to communicate with and is gracious, polite and kind. She helped us with all of our questions about the property and the area.
Parking is easy and in a private garage beneath the property. There is a lift that goes to all levels of the building (the apartment is on Floor 3). The building is in a safe area and we never felt uncomfortable walking anywhere. We would definitely stay there again!
