Le studio est bien situé, proche de la plage et à 1km de la vieille ville ce qui permet de se déplacer à pieds. On peut se garer assez facilement et gratuitement. La résidence est calme.

Un manque d'ustensiles de cuisine, un grand faitout ou une grande casserole auraient été utiles. L'accès à la salle de bain associée l'appartement qui demande à sortir du studio.

Вельмі падабалася, што блізка да мора. Трапіўся нумар з балконам і нават было трошку бачна тое самае мора. Быў кандыцыянер і мінікухня. Па тэлевізару толькі юцюб.

Beindruckend fand ich die Sauberkeit - dafür ein großes LOB ! In dem Studio war Alles vorhanden, und die Betten waren wirklich gut. Der Mini-Balkon ist angenehm - und das Badezimmer (wie angekündigt, außerhalb des Studios) wirklich sehr schön. Die Lage ist nicht direkt in der Altstadt -aber Alles ist gut erreichbar, zu Fuss, per Bus oder mit Mieträdern.

Nervig waren die bellenden Hunde eines Nachbarn nachts, aber da kann der Vermieter nichts dafür. Wir hatten Probleme mit der Technik des Fernsehers - auf unsere Nachfrage wurde nicht reagiert.

Very good location, overall fresh and clean property with a cosy personal balcony

My booking said there was a washing machine in my room, but it appears that there is just 1 washing machine in all entire building and they are charging you 10 euros for using it (I have a screenshot confirming this). No previously informed about this. I had just 2 coffee capsules for a 4 day reservation, so when I saw the cleaning lady in the next toom, I asked her for additional capsules, and she gave me them right with the wet gloves she was cleaning the toilet. There is no socket adapter like in all other 5 properties I stayed in Cyprus, so you have to buy one. Also be careful and make sure you are booking a room with an internal bathroom, they don't set it clearly like other property owners. The wifi in Cyprus's IT capital is not strong enough for proper work related video calls. The owner texts only in booking (no messengers available) in German, so you have to translate each message.
