Struttura nuova in buona posizione, facile trovare parcheggio lungo la strada.
Pulito.
Isolamento acustico abbastanza scarso

The location is great - small calm street, near the beach, near the zoo, in the city centre, near restaurants and shops. Room is small, but clean with everything you may need. The beds were comfortable.
There was too many things for small room. There was small table, but you cannot eat there unless you put down the coffee machine. There are chairs, but you cannot sit there as there are TV or shelves. There is no place for clothes as shelves are full of stuff - plates, liguid for dishes, hairdryer.....

Great location and very clean apartment.
Early check out time and no flexibility in check out times despite the late check in time. Cannot complain since this is what was agreed in the first place
