Great location! Two toilets, well-equipped kichen, comfortable beds. It was clean and prepared for our group. To get the keys you need to walk 10mins to the 24/7 store.

Apartments has it's vibe, but small renewal won't be a bad idea :) There is a water stain on the ceiling in the bedroom and overall feeling that apartment is a bit 'tired'.

The location

Quite a long list. Key pick up points were 15/20 minutes walk from apartment. No doors on bedroom and lounge/sofa bed area. No privacy! Kitchen under counter doors don't have handles so you have to stoop down to open and can get fingers trapped when closing. Nit enough tea towels. Washing up sponge was not fresh! The toilet is very dark. No mirror. No plug for wash hand basin. Hanle on wc flush missing. Hot tap not properly fixed so moves around. Door hard to operate so jams. Main lights on lounge one bulb missing and second bulb flashing so couldn't use that. The apartment is very warm and stuffy and most windows either difficult or impossible to to open. When compared to the last apartment I rented in the immediate area in September 25, this was expensive and very disappointing.
