Cozy first floor waterside condo

Es war eine der schönsten Unterkünfte auf unserer Reise. Stilvoll eingerichtet und mit fast allem ausgestattet, was ein Appartement benötigt. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und sehr sauber. Wir waren vier Erwachsene und hatten ausreichend Platz. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war äußerst zufriedenstellend und unkompliziert. Zwei Restaurants sind nur durch Überqueren der Straße zu erreichen. Das Haus liegt zwar an der Straße aber es ist absolut ruhig. Wer keinen Fehler bei der Buchung machen möchte, der muss dieses Appartement buchen!!! Wir würden es sogar Freunden und Verwandten empfehlen! Nicht zögern, sondern buchen. Zwei konstruktive Vorschläge, die keine Kritik darstellen. Wir waren vier Personen. In dem Appartement waren aber nur drei Stühle. Die Jalousien sind ferngesteuert. Damit diese noch länger funktionieren, sollte man auf die Art Der Bedienung hinweisen! Vielen Dank für die Möglichkeit, eine so schöne Immobilie nutzen zu dürfen!

Loved that it was so clean. It was so easy to get in and didn't have to deal with anyone. When I sent a question through Booking.com they got back to me quickly. I loved that it had everything we needed right there in the apartment. Sebastian doesn't really have a lot to do but the condos are on a strip where there are lots of little restaurants and we loved that. We did get take out from Vic's Italian restaurant and it was very good! We also went to Earls and Capt. Harems and they were both fun with friendly people.

The only thing that I would change is that the shades didn't go down in the kitchen or living room and we were on street level so anyone walking by can look right in. There is not a lot of traffic (cars or foot) so it wasn't that bad. If you got up at night though it was weird because everyone can just see right in. Also I would rather have a Keurig machine instead of just a coffee maker, but definitely not a deal breaker. They had coffee and filters with sugar and little creamers which I thought was nice.

The condo was just as pictured, very clean and looked like it had recently been renovated. It was perfect for our needs as a family of 3. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the amenities needed if you were going to cook, and the shower and bathroom were lovely.

There wasn’t really anything not to like, there is a little noise you can hear from the nearby Tiki-bar, but it didn’t go on very late.

We loved this place!!! will definitely stay here again!! It was within walking distance to several of the bar and grille places as well as nice restaurants! fishing available in the area!! excellent stay!!!! 10/10 stay
