Just a walk away to a beautiful Lake Front park with playground. Just a Bike ride away from the Indian River Lagoon and Capt Hirams and Earls Hideaway. Just 3-5 minutes from the River & 15 mins from the Beach!

The house was excellent for our group and very clean. Plenty of parking and great location. There was plenty of room for a group of 5 and had everything we needed. Ashley was very responsive to my questions, and that was greatly appreciated.Thanks

What a wonderful, home-like place ... the house has a welcoming presence and is super comfortable, a great combination of fancy and friendly. The host was excellent, and we love the neighborhood and the whole area of Sebastian. The notebook with suggestions was really helpful and practical. Thank you so very much!

The layout of the house is weird. The 3rd BR is so narrow that the bed is sideways to the wall. If 2 people were to sleep in that room, 1 would have to be shoved against the wall. There is no headboard, so your pillows just fall off the top. I think it was an extension, the AC was not good in that room. It was much warmer than the rest of the house. Other than that the place was nice. They advertise a dishwasher, but there is none
