L’emplacement.. la distance éloignée de l’emplacement de parking et la difficulté d’accès au logement. Pour aller d’un appartement à l’autre il faut monter jusqu’au deuxième étage, contourner le bâtiment et redescendre d’un étage. Cuisine hyper rudimentaire.. manque d’espace dans le patio
