What a stunner! The house is spacious, comfortable indoors and out, and the separate game room with its own toilet is a win! Beds and bedding are super comfortable. Showers are hot. The kitchen has everything. Everything is clear and easy to find/follow/do/etc. A great choice for an Ocean Grove stay.

Location was good . Property was well maintained. The booking agent or manager was very responsive.
We had requested for an earlier checkin if possible and was informed that if we wanted to go in 2 hours earlier it would cost $30 more. Given how much we paid for the accommodation, it was surprising. Similarly we had to wait till day 8 after we left the property to get our service dog and security deposits refunded . This is in excess of the days mentioned in the booking conditions.

Lovely property and location.
We got a request to bank transfer $300 to an external bsb outside of the booking.com app for security bond. However when we vacated the property we received strange emails external to booking.com claiming we broke the fridge (which we didn’t) and that we wouldn’t get our money back. It soured the experience which had otherwise been lovely and made us really uncomfortable.
