Stay was good and satisfied. 24/7 Hotwater and Air conditioner makes the stay wonderful.
If they could keep one Kettle per room it would be awesome.

Good value for money, simple room with AC was adequate.
Size of the room and bathroom was good and space for parking a car was appreciated.
Basics were there, room and sheets were clean.
The place is a bit rundown, the photos are clearly from many years ago. Paint is flaking in some parts of the walls and overall it's a bit dusty and not maintained in the long run.
We didn't have a shower head in the bathroom and when we requested one, it didn't happen in 2 nights that we stayed there.
Property location in Booking.com was wrong, the place is actually farther away from the main Varkala beach areas.
