No breakfast, but nice kitchen

The villa was located at the end of a quiet cul de sac and was very quiet and cute. The unit was beautifully decorated, and the beds were quite comfortable. I like the dimming lights, and the hot water “kettle”, and how everything matched in there. We had everything we needed also. The price is unbeatable, and Ryan the host was very responsive to any questions.
I liked everything.

I love the style of the decorations and the home was well equipped. It was very clean and fairly comfortable. The location was good for our purposes.
Unfortunately, the neighbor behind us was very noisy, working on engines early in the morning. There's also a slightly musty smell in the unit. The bedrooms are extremely small.

We enjoyed the Villa very much. We especially appreciated organic coffee and tea, water filter pitcher and filter water shower head among other things. Manager Ryan was attentive to details and caring for his guests. We will surely come back when we are in Phoenix next time.
