Everything we needed for the trip was there- towels, coffee bar, WiFi, kitchen supplies, etc. There were 3 amazing places to sit, each offering a unique experience/view despite the small footprint. The owner communication was excellent- fast and precise! It was everything we hoped it would be, especially that downtown/waterfront location. Great sleeping arrangements, too!
We wish there had been a designated parking option, or something that felt more "connected/included" with the property but this wasn't a problem, at all.

A fun and unique stay. Responsive and helpful when issues arise. A lovely experience and the place is thoughtfully decorated.
While not their fault, on some nights the nearby bars play loud music - one night the music played until 2 am. This is important to be aware of when making decisions about staying here.

The exclusivity of the property and location in providence is optimal for sight seeing and exploring

Location, being on the water, near Trader Joe's and a liquor store and restaurants. Everything was in working order and comfortable. I would stay again and recommend it.
Very minor points, but whoever cleaned neglected dusting, although there were adequate dishes and pots, they were heltler skelter in the cabinets.
