Charleston's Ahangama

Stunning property and gorgeous pool. The rooms and bathrooms were so spacious, it was just lovely being there. The communal area was also great, and the idea of a community kitchen is inspired. We didn't use it for cooking but definitely would have done had we been staying for longer.

The property was lovely and well looked after, such a peaceful place away from the main hustle and bustle of town, but easy and close enough to get to. Beautiful pool and rooms. Communal area was lovely; the communal kitchen was so clean and useful! We wish we could have stayed longer!

Beautifully clean and well cared for, stunning room with carefully thought out decor, well-equipped kitchen for all guests to use, friendly and helpful staff always available, comfortable beds, excellent AC and strong WiFi, trampoline for children and a gorgeous pool area. A fantastic place to stay in Ahangama. You can easily walk to Kabalana beach and everything else is an easy Tuk Tuk ride away!

Excellent, by far our best stay in Sri Lanka. Child friendly, so handy to have a full kitchen to use, great pool, beautiful rooms, quite location and just a 5 minute tuktuk from central ahangama. Walking distance from the beach, yoga at nugga house, and the best egg hoppers at cafe green, couldn’t ask for more would have stayed another week if we could. We had a power pole in the community go down and domi had a generator there by the morning so we were not without power while it was fixed. Only thing to note is there is a Sri Lankan tax on top of the booking.com price but I’m guessing this is for everywhere.
