The unit pretty same as the picture. Still new and comfortable. Staff really helpful and responsive. Really recommended to stay! Have aircond, iron, kettle, fridge, microwave, tv (netflix) and game console. They also provide cleaning service for free for long stay. Also have free parking but not designated and have convenient store.

Lift during weekend will be busy. Luckily we stay at level 2, so can use stair if urgent. My suggestion maybe can extend checkout time to 12pm in future.

What I love most was the Bedding. It is white, clean, no stains or hairs and most of all it is absolutely cosy and comfy. Pros: + bedding clean, mattress firm, comforter soft and airy + bedroom slippers & toothbrush x2 + room and bathroom generally well cleaned + full length mirror + lots of plug points + well appointed pantry + sufficient areas for hanging clothes & placing bags + lots of hangers

What I disliked about this place was the speed of the lift. There isn't a segregation on which lifts go all the way up and which goes halfway. Even though there were 6 lifts, all went all the way up to level 39 and all came down together. What I disliked most within the unit was that there was no shower screen or curtain to prevent water from splashing all over, so I had to ‘control’ where the water flows and splashes to when bathing. Takes the joy away from a good bath. Cons: - corridor smells of sewerage - ramp into parking steep - bathroom no shower screen - only 1 roll of toilet paper - dishwashing liquid not working - dish rack dusty - some stains in WC (small but noticeable) - not soundproof, people talking outside / walking / entering & exiting can be heard - one of the bath towel has stains - not too bad but noticeable
