Very central location to stay for a night or two

It is located 1 block from the ubud palace and markets, however it is tucked away from the noice. The room is clean, the shower is hot and a nice outside sitting area with water and coffee and tea included.

The bed is showing wear as the springs as you can feel the springs. There is no a/c but there is a fan, however the bed feels clammy due to the humidity at night.

The guesthouse is in the centre of ubud. The room is clean and it has everything you need. The family owing the guesthouse is really friendly.

New construction, very clean, large front porch, cold AC. Provided toiletries, tea, coffee, cups & kettle. Storage for clothes was good too.

Lovely Homestay in the centre of Ubud

The accommodation is located in the centre of Ubud, just a few minutes walking distance from the main street. However, it is quiet and peaceful as it is surrounded by a beautiful little garden. The owners are very friendly and have a lovely dog. The room is quite simple but amazing for this price as it has everything you need, including tea or coffee in the morning. We felt very comfortable and welcome here :)

Great stay

Great location - the accommodation is located in the city center. We decided to upgrade our room and got a bigger and lighter room with a/c unit. Everything there was new and sparkling. We arrived at night and the hosts were around to check us in. The soap, tea and coffee are provided. There is a kettle in the room and a hanger for wet clothes. Our room has a nice terrace overlooking the garden. There are also a few friendly dogs hanging around. They belong to the host family. It added a cozy home feeling. All in all - good stay.

I wish we had a fridge at the property.

Quiet Oasis Very Close to Ubud Center - Comfortable, Clean, and Cozy.

Jempeng Homestay is conveniently located near the center of Ubud. Despite its close proximity to the main streets, the rooms are tucked away at the back of the compound, offering a peaceful and quiet retreat from the city’s hustle and bustle. The room is spacious and thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials: a comfortable queen-size bed, two nightstands, a high-speed fan, ample natural light, and an armoire for your belongings. It also includes a sink and a high-pressure shower with both hot and cold water. Each room comes with a kettle, and a shared fridge is available for guests. The bedding and linens are clean, and the room smells fresh and inviting. I was able to extend my stay several times and ended up spending a full month at Jempeng. Best of all, the family who runs the homestay is incredibly warm and welcoming, always quick to respond to any inquiries.

Perfect!

This was a perfect place to stay. Good price. Location in the very center of the city, but you can't hear the street noise, quiet and calm, green garden in the yard. Authentic Balinese yard. Freshly renovated and bed linen. Hot water in the shower. Free drinking water. Free tea and coffee. No air conditioning, only a fan, but it was not hot. Polite staff always ready to help.

なんといってもロケーションが素晴らしいです。ウブドの繁華街の中心にあってこの値段はcrazyです。また、一棟建という点も良かったです。おかけで快適に滞在することができました。

窓からの景観が少し寂しい気がしました。もっとも、他の有り余るほどのメリットを考慮すれば、それほど大きい問題ではありません。

Bona estada a Jempeng Homestay

L'estada a Jempeng Homestay ha estat molt bona. L'habitació té tot el que esperes pel preu que pagues. Vam estar 6 nits i ens van canviar els llençols i netejar l'habitació. El personal que hi treballa és meravellós i t'ajuda amb tot el que poden, tot i que són molt prudents. La ubicació és excel·lent, ets al centre d'Ubud i ets a prop de tot, tant supermercats com de cafeteries i restaurants. S'agraeix la petita terrassa amb taula que tens fora. Així com l'aigua embotellada que t'ofereixen sempre totalment gratuïta.

Malauradament, com a quasi tots els llocs de Bali, hi ha sorolls d'animals, concretament de galls, que et poden despertar tant al matí com durant la nit, i es pot fer bastant pesat. Així que recomanem que porteu taps. Les instal·lacions són bàsiques, però justes pel preu que pagues.

Localisation vraiment super. Malgré la proximité du centre et des rues animées, les chambre sont dans un petit jardin très calme avec des volières et des petits chiens adorables. Le personnel est très serviable et respectueux. Très bon rapport qualité prix.
