Geweldige locatie op loop afstand van de Akropelis. Goed en ruim apartement van alle gemakke voorzien.

L'appartamento è come lo si vede nelle foto: moderno, funzionale e ben arredato. Pienamente accessoriato di tutto, persino di 2 televisori. Il proprietario è una persona molto disponibile e cordiale.

Spesso nell'appartamento ho trovato fastidiose blatte, sia morte che vive. Capisco sia un problema strutturale dell'appartamento, che si trova in un piano sotterraneo, ma sarebbe giusto fare presente il problema prima dell'acquisto e non dopo. Mi fa specie che il proprietario gestisca anche un ristorante e non conosca una regola così basilare.

Apartment was just like the pictures and everything listed about the apartment was there. Communication was smooth.

I wish I read the reviews beforehand, otherwise I would not have booked this accommodation. The description does not list that the apartment is in the semi-basement. The corridor leading to the apartment was infested with dead cockroaches. We killed three cockroaches in the apartment itself, and cleaned another three cockroaches we found dead in the apartment. When we told the host about it and asked for an insect spray, they shrugged it off, said they had no spray, and told us that the building had been sprayed for cockroaches two days prior. We spent all three nights terrified of waking up with cockroaches in our bed.
