Mini suite con alberca y aire acondicionado en zona tranquila de Tulum

Good location - quiet and private, very close to the beach. The apartment was new and clean with good size bathroom and bed. The hostess was very lovely, friendly and responding quickly to any questions and needs. It felt safe and secure with security on site and peaceful enough surroundings.

It felt like it wasn't set up yet for the season; there was an issue with the door lock not being charged when we arrived. There were pans and blender (with no space for using them) but not plates or glasses, some draw being locked and no chair for balcony or the room ... it might be helpful to run through what guests will need for smooth 6 night stay :) Thank you for always trying to accommodate us though when we needed something!

Lindo condomínio no caminho do centro para a zona hoteleira. De carro não foi difícil se locomover. A cama é o chuveiro são extremamente confortáveis.

Senti falta de utensílios de cozinha e uma mesa para um café.

Das Design der Anlage ist auf den ersten Blick schön. Der großzügige Pool auch, es gibt eine verlasse Bar und ein zur Hälfte fertiggestellte Restaurant.

Leider war das Apartment nicht so sauber, wie wir es uns erhofft hatten, und es gab Feuchtigkeit in der Wand. Auf den ersten Blick sah alles neu aus, doch nach drei Tagen wollten wir frische Handtücher. Diese kosteten jedoch 50 Pesos pro Stück, genau wie das Toilettenpapier. Uns wurde versichert, dass dies in einem Apartment üblich sei. Es gibt einen Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine ohne Zubehör sowie eine Tasse und ein Glas. Das Apartment war nicht mit Verdunkelungsrollos ausgestattet, weshalb die Sonne am Morgen hereinstrahlte. Zudem war die gesamte Apartmentanlage von einer Baustelle umgeben, was mit erheblichem Lärm einherging.
