Atipika Tulum Apartments

The building is brand new and quite stylish, great price and quiet place to stay. Good WiFi and smart tv.

The bed is very small and quite uncomfortable, very low pressure in shower, water is switching from hot to cold during showering. The location feels stranded. It’s a no-go if you don’t have a car. Also, there was supposed to be a receptionist, but we haven’t seen anyone during our all stay, which felt scary in combination with remote locality when there were power outages (there were minimum 3 of them), because there was no one to deal with it. The fee for cleaning is the highest I’ve ever paid, but the cleaning is simply not good. Also, no one comes during your stay, so after a few days your trash can is full. The apartment didn’t feel clean, the windows are filthy, dishes are sticky and so on.. Also, the pillows are so small and too soft. And what surprised me the most are the horrible conditions of the building, which has apparently been there for max. few years, but it looks like building used for more than 10 years without any maintenance.. And also- never put glass containers for shampoo in the shower! It could fall, brake and hurt you very badly! Either put there plastic ones or none.

Superbonito y acogedor el departamento arriba, nos sentimos muy cómodos en este mes. El dueño muy atento en todo ! La alberca abajo bueno para nadar y refrescar! Estacionamiento para aparcar , muy segura y tranquila el alrededor. gracias , volveremos!

A lo mejor faltan un poco más utensilios en la cocina como bol grande para hacer ensaladas , colador pasta, licuadora , el resto todo perfecto!
