Bopitiya Residence 20 Mins from Airport

Loved the garden and cool breeze flowing through it all day. Reasonable access to transportation and dining. Friendly neighbourhood. Closer to churches. Had almost everything that you'll need in the house to enjoy your stay.

Beds were too small for a family of three. Mattresses were not comfortable at all. ACs need servicing. Water from the tank leaked into the house when overflowing, almost causing an accident. Unwanted boxes and stuff stored in the house is too untidy.

Property is very neat and clean

I stayed at the property with my two kids during our brief holiday in Srilanka. The place is cozy , clean, equipped with all necessary goods and all other facilities(banks , supermarkets , shops) in close proximity . Perfect for a home stay and kids friendly too . I strongly recommend this place. I will definitely choose this place during our my next holiday in Srilanka .

The location was very convenient place, because it was a short drive from the airport after long flight from Canada. So many places around for breakfast to experience Sri Lankan cuisine. This house is well equipped with all the necessary kitchen items such as rice cooker, air fryer, microwave oven, toaster and cooking utensils, if someone wants to make their own meals. The owner was friendly and helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. Also, I was able to reach to the beach within 10 minutes. I would recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a short stay.
