l emplacement géographique , pour visiter Evian et ses alentours . l accès à l appartement et au garage ,la mise en place d'un ventilateur pour répondre tant bien que mal à la canicule ambiante.
problème de WIFI signalé à mon arrivée et pas eu de retour d'informations de la conciergerie. vis à vis pour profiter pleinement de la terrasse. mobilier de jardin , prévoir de le changer car bien vétuste. prévoir un deuxième trousseau de clefs serait un plus

Apartment came with it's own garage.saving a lot of money in parking charges,it also had a lake view

Emplacement et aménagement de l'appartement, box garage et facilité de parking. Facilité d'accès
Canapé lit bloqué. Impossible à utiliser. Nous avons dû extraire le matelas et le poser au sol pour que nos enfants puissent dormir. Le siphon de la douche était bouché, empêchant la douche de se vider. J'ai dû moi même nettoyer le siphon pour pouvoir utiliser la douche. Le service de conciergerie annoncé est inexistant (seuls quelques échanges de SMS).
