Top Ausstattung (nur ein Fön fehlt), Handtücher, Kaffee und Filter, Tee, alles da. Bequemes Boxspringbett. Parkplatz gegenüber mit Schranke etwas umständlich. Vermieter hat rechtzeitig Code übermittelt, sonst kein Kontakt. Gute Lage zum Kurpark und "Zentrum". Also alles bestens, und das zu einem Top Preis.

My stay at this guest apartment was wonderful. It is located in a beautiful building just a few steps from the Parkklinik, making it the perfect place to stay when visiting a loved one at the clinic. The apartment is decorated with great care and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. One of my favorite features was the lovely balcony overlooking the park—it’s such a peaceful place to relax. The apartment exceeded my expectations. It was equipped with everything I needed, including a refrigerator, stove, and even an ironing board, making it ideal for both short and longer stays. Everything was spotless, and the apartment was exceptionally clean. As a small suggestion for an even more comfortable stay, I would recommend using cotton bedding as well as a cotton mattress protector. This would make an already excellent apartment even more comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend this guest apartment. It offers a perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, and an unbeatable location.

Die Unterkunft ist von außen herrlich. Ein tolles Gebäude und wenn man ein Apartment Richtung Parkseite hat, ist es absolut ruhig.

Generell ist das Gebäude von innen nicht sehr gepflegt. Der Eingangsbereich könnte ein „Make-Over“ gebrauchen, um einladend zu wirken. Das Zimmer ist vollgestellt mit teilweise abgenutzten Möbeln. Zudem riecht es nach künstlichem Raumerfrischer. Leider wurde auch der Müll, angebrochene Wasserflaschen und eine offene Milchpackung nicht entsorgt. Die Dusche war ebenfalls dreckig. Auf dem Weg zum Apartment kam ich an Monteurswohnungen vorbei, wo Hunde mit in der Wohnung waren und geraucht wurde. Also nicht sehr empfehlenswert für den Preis.
