Location is convenient. The gym and pool are very nice. The check-in guide is detailed, and key collection is easy. Staff response is prompt.
The property is good, but the building’s garbage facilities were unpleasant and very smelly on a hot day. The beds were soft; we prefer firmer ones, but it wasn’t a big deal. It would have been nice to have a couple of spare towels.

The location was perfect and convenient for us. The whole area had a seperate, direct entrance to Macquarie Centre that takes you straight to Coles, and the Macquarie Uni train station is only a few minutes walk which helped us get to and from the city easily.
Facilities are very modern. Accommodation is equipped with the basic necessities of shower soap, shampoo and laundry tablets for washing. Having a washing machine and dryer was very helpful.
Room floors and corners were dusty which isn’t great for a family with hay fever. Instructions of carpark could be clearer, a downer would be that some of the residents do not follow speed in the underground carparks, almost got in an accident because of them.
Two of the dining chair legs are loose, just need tightening, otherwise they are a fine to use.
Needs a bigger lockbox, especially if multiple keys are to be placed inside.
