Coworking Guest House

Был в конце апреля 2026 года. Это не отель, а скорее гест хаус. Хочу отметить чистое постельное белье, полотенца, разовые тапочки и шампунь и гель для душа. На кухне есть всё необходимое для разогрева пищи, также присутствует посуда. Есть стиральная машинка. Буквально за углом находится круглосуточная кулинария-магазин с широким выбором разнообразных блюд в ланч-боксах, можно прийти и разогреть.

Парковки нет, хотя я выбирал именно с паркингом. Вопрос решился, когда я поставил мотоцикл возле входа под камерой

Nice modern room and bathroom, comfortable bed and very peaceful. Location was excellent with 2 supermarkets close by and a number of great restaurants. Good well equipped kitchen.

Common areas are not very inviting and kitchen is sometimes not cleared of dishes from others staying there.

The room is as described. A bit small but clean.

This place has potential, but there’s still a long way to go. It feels like staying in a partly finished property. The room, although clean, was not air-conditioned. I realised this wasn't mentioned in the listing, so that’s on me for not reading carefully. I used the standing fan from outside, which made it manageable. I noticed several new air-conditioning units still in boxes at the entrance, so I assume installation is planned soon. The bathroom’s shower screen is missing a door, which causes water to splash out and leave the floor wet. Unfortunately, no floor mat was provided, so that made it a bit uncomfortable. The common areas, especially the kitchen, could use a good cleanup. Tidying up would help a lot in making the place feel more welcoming — right now it gives off a bit of a construction site vibe.
