Location splendida, alloggio pulito ed accogliente, spazi esterni con presenza di animali confinati in appositi recinti ,quali caprette e oche...presenza di frutta e verdura biologica raccoglibile in loco ...piscina pulita e spazio esterno curato...tranquillità e relax garantiti. Proprietà molto gentile e accogliente, location consigliatissima!

Struttura situata in collina circondata dagli uliveti in una zona silenziosa in un contesto famigliare di pochi appartamenti adatto a chi cerca tranquillità. Complimenti al Sig. Canio e alla famiglia che ci tengono tanto al far sentire a proprio agio gli ospiti. Con il passare del tempo migliorerà sicuramente il contesto visto l'impegno e l'integrazione di animali come le 3 nuove caprette le oche e i coniglietti . La struttura dista circa 20 Minuti di auto dal mare dove ci sono sia spiaggie libere a Montesilvano sia strutture attrezzate a Silvi. Ci sono stati consigliati locali di cui abbiamo approfittato per consumare le pietanze della zona. L'appartamento è più ampio di quel che pensavamo avendo un terrazzino esterno una cucina soggiorno una camera matrimoniale molto ampia ed un bagno al piano terra ed un altra camera al piano superiore.
