Cozy Downtown Apartment

After a few other properties falling short of the mark on our previous visits to the area, it was a pleasure to find this property was comfortable, clean and the hosts were very engaging with any questions we had.

We had a slight issue with parking our vans, but that was resolved by the host.

The apartment is cozy as described. We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Rochester. It was clean, comfortable, and beautifully furnished with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect - close to attractions but still peaceful. Our host was welcoming and supportive throughout. We truly felt at home and would 100% recommend this place and come back again!"

The location was good for our purposes, within easy walking distance of the cathedral and shopping area.

The bedrooms were very small with only room for a double bed, there was no storage or hanging space for clothes, there were no bedside lights. We were unable to lock the main front door out onto the road which made us feel insecure. There was no fire blanket in the kitchen, nor were there any instructions as to what to do in the event of fire. There was building work going on in the property which resulted in noise and dust. The TV did not work for the duration of our stay. The photos on the website made the property look far more inviting than it actually was.
