Ideally located contemporary 3 bed spacious house

very clean and comfortable. Appreciated that fresh milk was left in the fridge, and teabags and instant coffee provided.

we found the shower controls confusing and the water pressure a bit feeble. One welcome addition would have been a coffee pot/cafetiere/some way to use the ground coffee we brought!

The location is perfect for train station and walking into town. Quiet location and friendly neighbors

The bed was not comfortable, the Wi-Fi didn’t reach most of the house, the water pressure was very low and took a very long time to shower. Wasn’t in a ‘clean condition’ with dirty floors, cobwebs, smells of marijuana by the front door on entry and a few other bits could have been cleaned better.

Location is nearby shops and old town of Rochester. Also the easy access to London St Pancras by high speed train in 33 min from the nearby international station.

Not much really, we had difficulty starting the oven but we managed.

I like private parking, cctv, quiet location, comfortable beds and space. My younger one is very fussy about sleeping somewhere else than our home. we didn’t have that problem this time. all family really enjoy our stay. Also I’m very anxious about sleeping at new places or hotel. I slept really good. location is very quiet, owner very nice and helpful. fully recommend and definitely will add to my favourite.
