Proximity to tram 1 into Venice right outside the door - brilliant - 25 minutes into Venice, no hassle. Supermarket across the street had everything we needed.
Fixtures and fittings in the apartment were first class.
Very clean, decor lovely, fresh and bright.
Very handy having a washer/dryer available.
The gelato parlour just down the street is great.
The apartment is very quiet.
No coffee table in living area. Batteries in a couple of the remotes weren't working. Very minor issues, other than that, the apartment is just lovely.

Beautiful accommodation, everything is new and clean.
The lower bunk bed is not too comfortable.
