なんとなくですが防犯面が気になった。

The house is old, which has its charm. You have free parking space, which is really appreciated in these small cities with little public transport inside the city. The futons were nice, and they left some really nice good quality local tea and coffee, which we appreciated.

The house is old, and with such it comes quite a few inconvenients. This was on winter, in a pretty cold area, and the house was pretty much at outside temperature. Only two parts of the house have AC for heating: the living room/kitchen and the room with the futon. If you step out of those rooms, you freeze. This is specially a problem because the bathroom is also extremely cold. If you have to go to the toilet, you freeze. And worse if you want to take a shower or a bath - it's so cold that you don't want to do it, and there's no way to heat it. The description was not clear enough about this, and we didn't get the impression by watching the pictures either. Taking all this into account, the price was too steep in our opinion.
