A clean and hygienic apartment, well located, tidy, and fully equipped for a pleasant stay. The hostess was always available and everything was arranged promptly.

Quick response, great location close to highway and easy access to Naivasha town and resorts area. The pics and reality were a match, no surprises. Great security....CCTV camera outside the main door, code access etc. Generally you get what you see as advertised. Good Wifi reception, working YouTube, required kitchen appliances and utensils etc.
Improvement needed on overall cleanliness. Considering that most people are looking for an air BNB to rest/access to sleep, the mattresses and pillows need to be upgraded to something more comfortable. Too hard to the extent my friends folded their jumpers and converted them to pillows.
