Great two-story house. A Nissan Note could easily fit in the parking space, with plenty of room left around it to walk. Two floors, a large kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Everything was extremely clean and comfortable. Each room had air conditioning. 15 minutes of walk to the great sandy beach.
The only thing that could be improved is the ventilation in the shower, as having an open window was sometimes not enough. Also, one of the bathrooms had a low doorway. But these are such minor details compared to the advantages of the house that we were still very satisfied overall.

Noise from adjoining properties at night, pigeons at the bedroom window.
Tight laneway to get hire car in to parking space - doable, but tight, typical for the neighbourhood.
