ANCHORAGE APARTMENT 5 - Two bed apartment close to the centre and the beach, located in Llandudno, North Wales

Clean, quiet and near to the pier

Property was quite expensive

Excellent location Llandudno is a beautiful coastal Welsh town. It is on the main routes to all destinations of N.Wales.

I believe that the turn around between guests was very short. The oven needed to be cleaned.

I like the size but the kitchen could have done with a few more bits in it

The steps were a pain, I have disabled needs. I can walk but the steps were a challenge. Could be worth mentioning in the description and a grab rail at the top of the steps (internal steps)

Location.

The cleaning leaves a lot to be desired. Dust on towel radiator and bathroom mirror, dirty draws with hairs in bedroom with dust on bedside cabinets. Had to live partly out of suitcase as draws were full of bedding in both rooms. Plus opened food in freezer from previous guests. Communal areas not very inviting as you enter the property, doesn’t give you that holiday feel. We did find the property over priced compared to properties we’ve stayed in before for this time of year. Boutique price for basic accommodation, I could go on but previous guests have also commented on the cleaning issue.
