Top Residence Trilocale Larice

Great location

All ok

Friendly and communicative host. Great location at the foot of the slopes but also central to the small town. Ski in/out without the need to walk or take a ski bus if skiing locally in Passo Tonale. The apartment was basic but spotlessly clean. The kitchen had an adequate selection of crockery, cutlery, cups, glasses, pots and a kettle. No oven but a counter top grill device was useful. Good quality towels provided. Great shower with plenty hot water.

It would be helpful to have basics like washing up liquid, salt pepper tea coffee etc provided. Also a tea towel would be useful. The Swimming pool was available for 1 session for free and any further sessions were to be paid for at 6 Euros extra per person. The pool was cold and so not particularly enjoyable so we didn't want to return anyway. Also, the sauna wasn't working which was a shame. This would also have been an extra charge. Small things really but it would have improved our experience if the pool was warmer and included in the price as we had presumed. The skiing itself was a bit limited due to lack of fresh snow. It could be good if more snow and all runs were open. However, the resort was working hard to produce snow. There was a bit of a strange mixture of ski racers and beginners on some runs with a lot of crossing runs at the lower slopes. Not great but not the fault of the apartment obviously.
