Clean, quiet and super cozy place to stay. The communication with the host was swift and smooth. Grabbing keys was super easy - impossible to miss the box with the keys. The place has everything you need: iron, hairdryer, umbrella, induction cooking plate, all the kitchenware, a small fridge and so on.

The location was great, had good air conditioning. It was clean and remodeled. Had surprisingly great toilet paper :) The ac was on when we arrived as it was freezing outside, as well as the water heater.

Some of the facilities were not usable - the coffee machine had water and scale in it, we tried the kettle, which was full of scale and was not usable. The tv only had 6 Bulgarian tv stations and no other options - and you can’t connect Netflix or your phone, as it didn’t have any apps on it. The night before our flight (early am) the water wasn’t running, we contacted the property manager who said that she saw on the water provider’s website that the water would be shut off between 8 pm to 1 am, therefore we didn’t shower before our flight. We understand that the owner might’ve not received the message but it was a bit problematic as we weren’t prepared for that.
