Super Lage, tolles geräumiges Apartment für 4 Personen, haben hier ein Wochenende verbracht um Familienmitglieder zu treffen und TOPS zu besuchen. Da ich direkten Kontakt mit der Vermieterin hatte lief die Kommunikation sehr gut und auch die Rückzahlung der Kaution passierte innerhalb der versprochenen 24h. Das Apartment entspricht absolut den Fotos und kann bedenkenlos empfohlen werden.

Nichts, außer das man durchaus meist am Lift in der Schlange warten musste. Aber das ist eher Sache der Verwaltung des Towers als Sache der Vermieterin des Apartments.

It was a wonderful experience

I like the room in general, well suited for a family of four (and for the price, indeed a great value for the cost). Kiddie pool is awesome and huge, as well as the adult pool.

Two things that could be improved (not necessarily dislikes, but worth reconsidering): Pool Access – Currently, access is limited to three people. It would be better if all guests in the booking were allowed to use the pool. Washing Machine – Having a washing machine is definitely a plus. However, it tends to vibrate excessively during the spin cycle, causing it to move around. If it shifts too much and comes into contact with the bowl, it could potentially cause damage. A quick fix or adjustment could prevent this issue.

The apartment is located in a nice building in a good area. It had a nice dining and living room area. Good tv. All of the apartment was clean except for the bathroom. It was easy to get a grab to and from the apartment. Close to restaurants and shopping. The pics posted online are an accurate depiction of what is good about the unit.

One of the top expectations when we stay at any place is cleanliness. This is a given and there is no reason to have a guest stay at an apartment that is not clean. For us, the shower curtain in the bathroom was covered in mildew. Unacceptable! There was obvious water damage in the bathroom as could be seen from the ceiling. This led to a musty/moldy smell in the bathroom. When we arrived at the apartment, the window in the living room was ajar. The reason was that the window could not close because the handle was broken so it could not be pushed nor pulled to open/close. There is a storage unit against the wall at the foot of the bed that resulted in having to squeeze through a half foot space to get to one side of the bed. This posed an issue for the person sleeping on the side of the bed that was blocked. The washing machine kept jumping when it got to the spin cycle. It did not matter how little clothes was in the machine, it just kept jumping. We gave up trying to use it and took our clothes to the laundry instead. The view out the window is not the best.
