Fantastic location, beautiful house and plenty of room for everyone. The beach is 2 minutes walk away and if you don't feel like going anywhere then you can just jump in the jacuzzi.
The mattresses were a bit uncomfortable, we felt they are ready to be changed.

We stayed as an extended family group to visit local whānau and it was great to have enough space for everyone to get together or to be able to go to another room for quieter time. The weather was really stormy, windy and rainy for almost our whole stay but that didn't stop us going to the beach every day to swim, play or walk. Overall it was a fantastic week. A note to the host: A house manual would be handy - with details about how to operate the dishwasher, spa, TVs; info about the local area, eateries and takeaway menus; and also with the house rules, etc :) Without this, it was still a 10/10 stay for us.
