Capo d’Arco is a private residential complex within the Tuscan Archipelago National Park. It stands on the Cannella promontory, along the road from Porto Azzurro to Rio. It contains luxury villas, seaside homes and apartments of the highest quality, all enjoying communal amenities including swimming-pools, tennis courts, 5-a-side football, beach volleyball, bars and restaurants, a convenience store, a children’s playground and leisure areas for entertainment and relaxation. There are also a variety of trails through natural surroundings both inside the property and leading to neighbouring areas, which can be used on foot or by bike or motorbike.
Entrance is restricted to guests only and there is a reception service. The pools and common facilities are open from June 1st until September 30th.
The "Le Mimose - Four-room apartment" is located in a panoramic position, on the third and top floor of the "Le Mimose" condominium, within the wonderful Capo d'Arco area. The apartment has 3 double bedrooms, two with a double bed and the third, smaller one, with a double sofa bed. The first two have a small balcony overlooking the Mediterranean scrub, while the last has access to the terrace overlooking the sea. It has two recently renovated bathrooms with shower, one with bidet, the other without. The entrance door leads to a large living room with dining area and lounge with TV corner, and to the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge with freezer, oven, microwave and washing machine. From the living room a large window leads onto the sea view terrace equipped for eating outside. The house is tastefully furnished and is equipped with all comforts, A/C and wi-fi and is located a stone's throw from the swimming pools and the private beach. Ideal for families who wish to spend a pleasant holiday in absolute relaxation with maximum privacy. It has an uncovered parking space. The pools and common facilities are open from the beginning of June to the end of September.
