KINN Habitat

The stay. Cleanliness and staff. All top notch

Number of washrooms to occupancy ratio

This is by far the best hostel I have ever stayed in. Clean, really stylish and calm with minimal noise from other guests walking around. For the price I paid this is well worth it and I would stay again.

I booked the hostel at about 1.30am on the same night I wanted to stay. Because of this, the system didn't recognise my booking as it did a reset during this time. But the staff were very helpful and I got in eventually.

The staff were great, the room had everything we needed and only short walk to metro to get around Singapore

Nothing

The location is great and the price was good.

The rooms were very poorly cleaned. It felt like they had not been vacuumed at all, with hair and dirt on the floor. I stayed in room 603. The breakfast was also disappointing. It mainly consisted of two or three types of pastries and a coffee machine, which does not really qualify as a proper breakfast. I stayed at this hotel about a year ago, shortly after it had opened. In just one year, the rooms have become very worn. It is disappointing to see that the rooms are not well maintained and that the cleaning standards have declined.
