No breakfast
No curtains in bedrooms really bright early in the mornings, blinds not the best. Wi-Fi wasn’t plugged in on arrival. No complementary miniature shower gels or shampoo’s. Some rubbish under the bed from previous users.

The location was great, right on the harbour, parking nearby. The 4 floor layout gave lovely views across Whitby, we especially liked the first floor living room. The kitchen was small and functional with everything you would need. Couldn't fault a thing, the stairs and low ceilings took a bit of getting used to but added to the quirky charm of the cottage.

Location was very good. Kitchen had everything needed to make a family dinner. Shower good and towels good.
No dressing table or mirror in master bedroom to sit and dry hair, put make-up on etc, No access to yard or outside space. That was problematic to both of us as we both smoke
