It was a quick overnight stay, we met Michelle, who is super friendly. Her place is very clean, inviting, has all the essentials, offers EXCELLENT quality of Coffee (thank you for this), close to restaurants (Ganh is a Vietnamese restaurant we tried, and is fantastic- even at 9pm the place was packed!).

公交站几分钟就能到，去UBC和市中心都很方便。
附近有超市（T&T大统华）、餐馆，走路去即可。即时去Walmart、Real Canadian这些SuperCenter开车也就是7-8分钟的距离。
房子配置真实环境完全对版！
房东回复快，有问题都会耐心解决。还提前告诉我超市和公交的路线，真的很贴心。

The location is very good, there are many restaurants around, T&T supermarket is a 5-minute walk away, there are many buses passing by, directly to UBC, Stanley Park, and there is a sky-train station in 10 minutes' walk. You can buy a day-pass there and enjoy a day of free travel to anywhere.
The home has two bedrooms, both with king-size beds, a kitchen and living room, and is clean and tidy. It also comes with a washer and dryer. Living here is comfortable, quiet, and has no distractions.
The owner is very nice.

The property owner was so kind and great with communication. We flew in early and they let us store our bags until it was ready. The location is exceptional and so close to shops and store and transit routes. Was great for people without a vehicle. If you do have your own vehicle parking seemed readily available however.
It was very hot in Vancouver while we were there. And there was no a/c but owner provided fans in every room so that helped a lot.
