    The building of the bungalow is quite nice design, and nice breakfast helpful staff. Will book it again if I come to Dalat one day

    Tastefully designed units with everything you need. Interesting BBQ place directly across the road. Ok breakfast but not outstanding either.

    The heater is not working on the first night we stay. It’s exploded after the hotel staff tried to fix it. It’s super scary because I am goin to shower then found out there are no hot water. Imagine if I am inside and the heater exploded. Then they have change another room for us. But there are moldy smell in the they offered but I have no choice to accept since is it quite late ady and I hvnt even have a chance to shower after the long day. No official apologies, never mind. Again the heater in the new room also not working very well. Temperature can’t adjust properly, either too hot or too cold. Andddd I saw big mice running around the hotel once I arrive and when i am eating my breakfast. Can you imagine what I have felt…I believe the hotel is quite new, but the facilities seem old or under maintenance. Cleanliness also need to be take in consideration. Overall I am not happy with my 2 days stay. Management pls look into it.
